The Hoodie poncho is a one-size-fits-many design. Large enough to be worn over any outfit whenever the weather calls for it.
Bring it packed in its own pocket and you're always prepared. The hood is high in the front for good protection. There is a large front pocket and snap buttons to close slits, sleeves and pocket.

The digital pattern includes PDF files that you receive instantly (in our shop and by email) after purchase. Simply print, construct and you are ready to sew. We'll show you how to do it here!
You will receive the following files:
- Print at home sewing pattern - set to print on A4 or equivalent paper size (54 pages).
- Print at home sewing pattern - set to print on US Letter or equivalent paper size (57 pages).
- Large format printshop file, paper size A0 (3 pages).
- The assembly instruction in English.

The Hoodie poncho is a straight, very spacious weather jacket. The length and sleeves can easily be lengthened or shortened.

Fabric needed
Fabric requirements are based on non-directional fabric.
140-150 cm fabric width 4.6 m
Suggested fabrics are lightweight such as ripstop-nylon, recycled nylon or recycled polyester if you wish for it to be wind- and water-resistant.
You will also need:
Option 1 Snap buttons at sleeve opening
Elastic round cord 3 mm diameter – 100 cm
Cord lock for drawstrings – 1 pc.
Eyelets 8-10 mm diameter – 2 pcs.
Snap buttons 15 mm diameter – 12 pcs.
Matching thread
Option 2 Drawstring at sleeve opening
Elastic round cord 3 mm diameter – Hood 100 cm cut 1 pc, Sleeves 150 cm, cut 2 pcs (75 cm each)
Cord lock for drawstrings – 3 pcs.
Eyelets 8-10 mm diameter – 6 pcs.
Snap buttons 15 mm diameter – 8 pcs.

We always aim to ship your order as soon as possible. From our shipping date, delivery times are in general as stated below:
Sweden: 2-3 working days
EU and Norway: 3-7 working days
Rest of the world: 8-10 working days
All items are sent from Sweden using Postnord.
For orders outside of EU, local taxes and/or custom fees may apply.
The shipping costs are:
Sweden: € 5.50
Rest of the world: € 10.50
Digital products:
For DIGITAL PDF sewing patterns, your 14-day right of withdrawal may end when delivery of the digital content begins, provided that you have expressly requested immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is faulty or does not conform to the contract.

Physical products:
If you need to return a PAPER pattern order for any reason, we offer a standard 14-day return policy based on the date you received your product. To exercise your right of withdrawal for physical patterns easily and instantly, please use our online Withdrawal Form.

You may examine the product as necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning. If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary, we may, where permitted by applicable consumer law, make a deduction for any diminished value.
We do not accept returns due to change of mind on products that have been altered or cut after purchase, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law. Once we have received your returned item, or you have provided evidence that you have sent it back, we will process your refund without undue delay and within the applicable legal time limit.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@theassemblylineshop.com as soon as reasonably possible.
Please include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may be helpful when showing damage or a defect.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights. If a product does not conform to the contract or is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement free of charge. Depending on the circumstances, a price reduction or refund may also be available.
Where a return is required because of a fault or non-conformity, we will reimburse reasonable return delivery costs. Please retain your proof of postage.
