The Puff shirt sewing pattern has overlap shoulders that create an elegant boatneck. The sleeves are wide at the bottom and gathered with elastic folded inwards which creates a puff sleeve. Even though the end result looks very refined and elegant, it's really easy and fun to make.
The white blouse is styled with our Three pleat skirt and the black shirt is combined with Almost long trousers.
Model is 170 cm tall and wearing a size S.

DIGITAL PDF
Upon purchase, you will instantly receive the digital pattern as PDF files in a zipped file, both via email and in our shop. Simply print, assemble, and you’re ready to start sewing.
The digital PDF pattern includes all sizes. Since we offer two size ranges tailored to different body types, both ranges are included in the zipped file. If your measurements fall between the two size ranges, we've added size L to the XL-3XL range, marked in grey for easy identification.
The digital PDF patterns are layered, allowing you to print individual sizes if needed. We provide instructions on how to print on both A4 and US Letter paper sizes here, here and here. If you'd prefer to have the large-scale A0 version printed professionally, our customers have recommended their favourite independent print services for PDF patterns here.
You will receive the following files:
- Print at home sewing pattern - paper size A4 (XS-L 24 pages, L-3XL 28 pages).
- Print at home sewing pattern - paper size US Letter (XS-L 28 pages, L-3XL 32 pages).
- Large-format print shop file - paper size A0 (2 pages each).
The assembly instruction in English.

Fabric requirements are based on non-directional fabric.
140-150 cm fabric width XS 1.3 m / S 1.4 m / M 1.5 m / L 1.6 m / XL 1.6 m / 2XL 1.6 m / 3XL 1.8 m
Suggested fabrics are light to medium light weight fabrics such as cotton, silk, lawn, linen, crepe de chine or wool crepe.
You will also need:
- Matching thread

- Fusible interfacing

We always aim to ship your order as soon as possible. From our shipping date, delivery times are in general as stated below:
Sweden: 2-3 working days
EU and Norway: 3-7 working days
Rest of the world: 8-10 working days
All items are sent from Sweden using Postnord.
For orders outside of EU, local taxes and/or custom fees may apply.
The shipping costs are:
Sweden: € 5.50
Rest of the world: € 10.50
Digital products:
For DIGITAL PDF sewing patterns, your 14-day right of withdrawal may end when delivery of the digital content begins, provided that you have expressly requested immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is faulty or does not conform to the contract.

Physical products:
If you need to return a PAPER pattern order for any reason, we offer a standard 14-day return policy based on the date you received your product. To exercise your right of withdrawal for physical patterns easily and instantly, please use our online Withdrawal Form.
Alternatively, you can contact us at hello@theassemblylineshop.com for instructions.
You may examine the product as necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning. If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary, we may, where permitted by applicable consumer law, make a deduction for any diminished value.
We do not accept returns due to change of mind on products that have been altered or cut after purchase, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law. Once we have received your returned item, or you have provided evidence that you have sent it back, we will process your refund without undue delay and within the applicable legal time limit.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@theassemblylineshop.com as soon as reasonably possible.
Please include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may be helpful when showing damage or a defect.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights. If a product does not conform to the contract or is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement free of charge. Depending on the circumstances, a price reduction or refund may also be available.
Where a return is required because of a fault or non-conformity, we will reimburse reasonable return delivery costs. Please retain your proof of postage.
To make a claim, please contact us at hello@theassemblylineshop.com before returning the product so that we can provide the appropriate instructions and return address.
